Our Quick And Efficient Care Application Process
Our care application process is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Speak to our friendly customer care team, seven days a week, online or over the phone
- They’ll arrange for your local care manager to visit you at home (or wherever’s convenient) and design your bespoke package of care with you
- Care begins on an agreed date.
Your carer will be employed directly by us – we don’t use third-party agencies. We’ll fully screen them through the DBS and will have thoroughly checked their references and right to work in the UK, so you and your loved ones can be confident that only people who should be entering your home are doing so.
