Live-in care and visiting home care in Great Yarmouth

Known for its long sandy beach on the east coast of England, Great Yarmouth – or Yarmouth to the locals – is home to numerous attractions and landmarks, not to mention the UK’s number one home care provider, Helping Hands.

Preserving your independence is our priority, so whether you fancy a stroll along the promenade or brunch in Sara’s Tearoom, Carly and her team will be able to provide high-quality support, whenever you need it.

Meet Carly Palmer, our Branch Manager

“Hello. I’m Carly, the Branch Manager for Great Yarmouth, where I’m responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch alongside ensuring that we deliver the best level of care possible.

I’ve lived in the area for a couple of years now, and I’ve met so many lovely people – it’s a great community to be a part of.
I started off as a carer which I loved; I found it really rewarding and it helped me grow into my position as care coordinator. Helping Hands have really helped me develop as a person – they’re great.”

Home care visits in Great Yarmouth to suit you

For over 30 years, we have provided our customers with consistent support, while remaining in the comfort of their own home. Whether you need a 30-minute drop-in once a week to help with breakfast, or more complex support which requires several overnight stays, our Great Yarmouth team are on hand to help.

All of our carers go through award-winning training that covers every aspect of care. From housekeeping, mobility support, medication administration and companionship to more advanced support for conditions such as cerebral palsy and acquired brain injuries, you can rest assured our carers will support your needs.

We understand care needs can arise for many reasons and can often require home-care in a hurry. Whether it’s an unexpected accident or your usual caregiver is dealing with their own family emergency, our trusted carers can provide last-minute support, giving you and your family total peace of mind.
