Our carers are chosen primarily for their passion, kindness and helpfulness – something that can’t be taught, but is just naturally within. This is why, 30 years after our inception, we’re leaders in the home care industry – because of our amazing carers.
We also ensure that every single one of our carers go through full background checks, including the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), accompanied by several character references. As well as our rigorous recruitment process, each carer is trained in manual handling, dementia care, first aid, safeguarding and health & safety, with regular refresher courses insisted upon.
Not only are we one of the founding members of the Homecare Association (HCA), we are also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), who ensure all of our teams are delivering safe, effective and responsive care to our customers.
