When to choose supported living

Perhaps you’re living with a spinal injury, physical disabilities, mental health, or a neurological condition, need us for a short amount of time or a longer-term approach, but however you need us we can help. Our amazing carers can help you with cleaning your home, conducting your personal care, managing your medication, or so much more that comprises your daily routine.

Expert care services tailored to your needs

We don’t – and have never – believed in ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to our customers’ care. We design each person’s care package individually, personalising it to your exact needs, so that you get to follow your routine as you always have. You might be embarking on a path of study, going to work, or managing your own home for the first time, or you may just require us to support you with the everyday essentials. We can also accompany you outside of the house, so that you get to enjoy your local area, attend appointments, or take part in community activities.

Qualified carers providing supported living in Newcastle

It’s no surprise that our carers are so good at what they do – we’ve chosen them to work for us simply because of their caring and compassionate natures. We don’t expect everyone who joins us to have professional care experience as we can equip them with all the skills they’ll need to become an expert carer. We can’t train them to care about others from the heart though, and if they don’t possess that naturally then we won’t employ them. We also only want people working for us who you’ll be confident coming into your home, so we check backgrounds, follow up references, and screen through the DBS thoroughly.
