Following an inspection of the Helping Hands Cardiff branch by our regulator the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), we were awarded as often going "above and beyond, doing the things that are 'not on the list'".

If you have an acquired or progressive medical condition or have been recently injured and need support around the home, one of our nurse-led care workers can give you the extra support you need. If your medical condition requires that you take medication in the middle of the night, one of our care workers can be there to remind you to take it and help to administer it.
