What is Hourly Visiting Care?

What Is Helping Hands’ Hourly Homecare?

Our hourly homecare services have been designed to provide home help for people who need on-going assistance and support. It’s Helping Hands’ aim to enable you or your loved ones to live both comfortably and independently in the home. Through our hourly visiting care, we ensure that individuals get the exact level of help they require.

Whether it’s tailored personal care at home and medical support, or housekeeping help and a quick chat – our experienced home carers can help. As a domiciliary care agency with over two decades’ worth of experience, we’ve provided visiting care for people affected by many conditions.

Where Do Our Hourly Home Carers Visit?

We have a large pool of experienced carers located in a variety of regions across England. We’re currently able to deliver hourly care visits to people in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, Surrey, Oxfordshire as well as parts of the West Country, the Cotswolds, the West Midlands, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Yorkshire.

Contact our team of domiciliary care advisors to find out more about the locations we cover with our homecare services.

A Level Of Hourly Visiting Care To Suit You And Your Family

Reaching out for hourly homecare or home help isn’t easy. It could be one of the biggest choices you have to make in your life. It doesn’t matter whether you’re seeking additional support in your own home, or looking for home help for elderly parents – we’re there to talk you through all aspects of our hourly homecare services.

Care requirements vary from person to person. Whilst some people might require multiple hourly homecare visits on a daily basis, others may only need our home carers to visit for just half an hour a week. That’s why we’ve designed our hourly care services to be flexible.

All of our hourly care is centred on the needs of our customers. Our passionate carers maintain regular communication with the friends and families of the people they care for, as well as professionals from the healthcare industry, to create a visiting care plan tailored specifically to them.

Our ‘assisted living’ enables you or your loved ones to receive the amount of home help visits you or they require without any disruption to existing routines or lifestyles.

Hourly visiting care from Helping Hands covers everything from personal care to companionship, and much more. On a visit to a customer’s home, our home carers can help them get dressed and ready for the day, as well as get ready for bed. They can also provide personal care for more sensitive issues, such as continence care and washing.

We can help customers with their medication, and provide housekeeping help too – ranging from preparing and cooking meals, vacuuming and doing the laundry to helping customers to get out of their homes to visit friends, collect prescriptions, dog walking or go shopping.

Who Provides Hourly Care and Home Help For Helping Hands?

At Helping Hands we’re committed to meeting the high standards we’ve set ourselves over the past 25 years when delivering hourly care and home help for the elderly.

To us care is a calling – not just a job.

And that’s why only the very best home carers get invited to join our team. We never use carers provided by agencies, which allows us to assess each carer individually. They go through DBS checks, and before providing visiting care, our friendly carers graduate from our Alcester Centre of Excellence. Each one holds a commitment to providing quality care at home.

“Dear carers and staff of Helping Hands. We would like to thank you for all the wonderful care you gave to our mother, she was always very happy to see you. We are sure it made her life much better..”
