Home care in Chiswick
Visiting care and home care in Chiswick
Chiswick sits by the River Thames, once part of Middlesex and later becoming a popular country retreat. As London spread out more into the suburbs in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Chiswick’s population increased tenfold.
At Helping Hands, we’re familiar with rapid growth, having modest beginnings in 1989 to being established across the majority of England and Wales today. We’ve cared for over 40,000 customers in the intervening years and, with our visiting service starting from just 30 minutes a week and our live-in care available for round-the-clock support, we could be supporting you too.
Quality care provided in your own home
Home care from our Chiswick team offers security, mobility, and companionship.

We offer two types of home care:

Regional Care Director
As the Regional Care Director, it is my role to lead a hugely skilled care team operating in London, Essex and the South East, ensuring the highest levels of care are being delivered to our customers on a daily basis. We have a large branch network equipped to deal with all your hourly care needs, and I am also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our live-in program, where we are set up to support you on a more permanent basis. I am inspired on a daily basis by the true lengths my colleagues go to, to ensure that customers can continue to live long, healthy lives from the comfort of their own homes. This is one of the main reasons that inspired me to join care.

Better than a care agency in Chiswick
-
Helping Hands is better than a care agency in many ways; not least because we employ all of our carers directly, meaning neither you nor they need worry about filling in tax and national insurance paperwork like they would if self-employed. Secondly, some agencies spring hidden charges such as referral fees onto you when the bill arrives, which we never do. Our costs are always transparent and upfront so there are no nasty surprises when your bill arrives.

Fully trained carers in Chiswick
-
We truly believe that our carers are the best in the industry, as they are compassionate and empathetic and really have our customers’ needs at the top of their priority list. We can be confident of this as we only select people who share our ethos to become Helping Hands carers, knowing that they’ll deliver the highest quality, person-centred care. We can also be sure of this because we train them thoroughly and everyone is screened through the Disclosure and Barring Service to ensure that only the people who should be visiting or living with you, are. We are also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales, so our high standards of care are continually assessed to keep them high.
