Housekeeping services may vary in cost, and your local care team will discuss your requirements and wishes with you before providing you with a bespoke quote that fits your specific needs.
- Prices start from £25.27 per hour for one-to-one personal home care
- Flexible costs for visits lasting 30, 45 or 60 minutes
- Prices depend on your location and specific care needs, with differences for overnight care and support provided during weekends and bank holidays
- Call-out fee of £4.50 per visit to cover travel costs
When you use our housekeeping service for more than a month, we’ll include a complimentary home visit from your local care specialist to evaluate your needs. All housekeeping customers will receive ongoing support from a dedicated contact to ensure you’re happy with our service
Our live-in housekeeping rates vary depending on the level of care required, but costs start from:
- Starting from £1,650 per week for a single person
- Starting from £1,650 per week for a couple
Hiring A Live In Housekeeper
If you find your needs aren’t being fully supported by a visiting housekeeper, you may wish to consider hiring a live-in housekeeper. When you hire a live-in housekeeper, one of our brilliant housekeeping assistants will come to live with you in your home full-time, ensuring all of your requirements and wishes are being met and giving your loved ones peace of mind about the level of support that you’re receiving.
We take great care to ensure your live-in housekeeper is well matched to your personality, likes and hobbies, so that you won’t just have a helper but also a friendly companion. Of course, we also appreciate the importance of privacy and personal space, so all of our housekeeping assistants are discreet and will be on-hand whenever you need them.

- Preparing meals and snacks
Helping Hands assistants are trained to prepare delicious meals that suit your personal tastes and dietary requirements. They’ll even do the washing up afterwards!

Looking after a much-loved pet can become increasingly difficult as you lose mobility. Our pet-friendly housekeeping assistants can ensure your pet receives all the attention it needs, from feeding and watering them to talking them on walks and emptying litter trays.
